Return Policy

At CattyCove, we prioritize customer satisfaction and the comfort of your furry friends. Our return policy ensures that you receive quality products, and in the rare event of an issue, we are here to assist.
Returns
We only accept returns under the following circumstances:
- The product arrived damaged or broken.
- The product did not arrive at all.
If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product at hello@cattycove.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the damaged or broken product to process your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns for any other reasons, such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any reason other than the product being broken or not arriving.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your product is damaged, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.
